Shipping & Delivery

We offer several options for shipping and delivering our items to you. The available shipping methods for each item are based on its dimensions. Depending on the particular item you may have the following options at checkout:

  1. Free Local Pickup: All products are in Connecticut and can be picked up directly. Once you place your order we will contact you to schedule a date and time.
  2. White Glove In-Home Delivery: We can arrange for "white glove" delivery anywhere in continental USA. This will include door to door service with blanket wrapping, room of choice placement in the home, and any debris removal. The typical timeframe is 10-14 days but each case is handled individually.
  3. Mail/Courier: For smaller items that can fit into a box, we can ship directly with USPS, UPS or FedEx. The rates will be displayed in the checkout process. If you have any questions, please feel free to inquire.

All of our items are one of a kind and the shipping cost is generated automatically. If the shipping cost raises a question, please contact us with details so we can address with you directly.

Route Package Protection and Tracking

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order by selecting the "Add Route" icon at checkout. 

The Antique Warehouse is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London.

* Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Returns & Refund Policy:

All items are sold 'as is' and are exempt from being returned.

Antique or vintage furniture, fixtures, and accessories have individual characteristics that will not be considered as a reason for return.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
