French country versatile Oak dining table. The solid legs have been beautifully turned with detail carving on sides. There are two 9" folding side flaps on each end to give a rounded finish when expanded. This compact farmhouse table has multiple combinations to accommodate small or large groups. Great for a small eat-in kitchen or breakfast nook to keep against the wall and expand when needed. Would work great in a small cafe or coffee shop. Use for 1, 2, 4, and up to 12 people. Fully expanded the table becomes over 7 1/2 feet long to comfortably seat 10 -12 people. There is room to add several leaves and fill the 44" opening (leaves not included).
The tabletop reflects the many meals that have graced its surface and the painted base is worn with a lovely patina. This is a beautiful table with old-world charm that could be used as-is or be restored with new leaves for a more updated finish.
