A magnificent and rare plaster bracket with 2 detailed putti angels overlooking the ground below. Each winged cherub head is surrounded by a floral accent and scrolls that lead to a cluster of grapes at the bottom signifying growth and community. The majestic corbel is artfully painted with soft tones of brown, green, and gold.
This is a large antique corbel that will certainly make an impression in any room. The broad surface area of the shelf can support big objects. The paint is aged to a nice finish and has some wear in places (see images for more detail).
